Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or computer engineering, or related field, and 4 years of experience gained at any time in the following skills design and testing of embedded control systems for automotive applications, including powertrain, steering, and brakes; engine control module embedded design, including microprocessor peripherals, memory allocation, programming standards; use of function safety processes, including hazard analysis and risk assessment, FMEA, FTA, and safety validation; version control, requirements management and lifecycle management software; control systems in automotive or medical devices; implementation of safety management programs for product development; application of ISO 26262.br br In lieu of masters degree, will accept a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or computer engineering, or related field, and 6 years of postbachelors, progressive experience in the skills listed above.
