Requires a Bachelors OR Masters degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field. Requires 2 years of related experience with Bachelors degree OR no experience with Masters degree. Also requires some experience OR education in each of the following skills Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Risk Analysis; Microsoft Power BI; Critical Path Methods Total float and free float, to calculate delays and claims; Resource constrained scheduling, linear scheduling, and PERT Program review and evaluation technique; Working with loading schedules, cost, and resources to forecast resource requirements, cost, and material forecasting; Using lumpsum, EPC, traditional design bid build, and target price estimate; Conducting risk management exercises with project team, using Monte Carlo risk management simulation tool, and identifying, analyzing, assigning, and monitoring project risks, cost, and schedules; and Forensic delay analysis using Time Impact Analysis TIA, AsPlanned vs. AsBuilt, Collapse AsBuilt, and Window Analysis.
