Must have the following skills writing meeting minutes, instruction bulletins, change orders, RFI responses; documenting project design in CAD threedimensional modeling, product, or material research; development of project documents during all phases of the project; organization and generation of working drawings; CAD competency of basic commandsdrawing setuplayeringdimensionsplotting on CAD platform; applying building code concepts of accessibility, occupant loads, exit widths, fire rated walls and doors, ramps, stairs and handrails; preparing complex plans, elevations, and details under guidance of supervisor.br br Skills may be gained through academic coursework and concurrently while pursuing academic studies.
