Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Geography, Environmental Science, or a closely related scientific field. 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation.br br SKILLS Must include experience with the followingbr br 1. Using Esris ArcGIS software.br 2. Knowledge of cartographic principles, digital map production, hard copy presentations, and QAQC.br 3. Understanding of good graphic design practices and color theory.br 4. Color model systems RGB or HSV.br 5. Spatial data concepts, projection systems, data management, geodatabases, georeferencing, and digitization, including proficiency with geospatial data files .shp, .gdb, KML, KMZ, or .dwg.br 6. Experience with Python using the arcpy package and ArcGIS python API.
