Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, or a closely related technical field, plus two 2 years of progressively responsible experience or alternatively a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a closely related technical field, plus five 5 years of progressively responsible experience with business process improvement. Experience must include Using BPM Business Process Management methodologies and tools; Discovering and designing large scale automation solutions, including automation development and implementation; Deploying RPA Robotic Process Automation; Using process tools including Lean Six Sigma Green and Value System Mapping; Translating business and operational strategies into actionable process improvement efforts with defined outcomes. Travel required 15 of the time on an ad hoc basis. Destination and frequency impossible to predict.
