At least a Masters degree in computer science, human computer interaction, or a related technical field, and two 2 years of experience designing user experiences on the Salesforce platform including Salesforce Lightening Platform and engaging in discover and design phases by understanding user and business requirements. Must include at least one 1 year conducting usability tests; creating Salesforce onboarding material; and using InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud CC, Sketch, Mural, and Figma.
