Healthcare insurance industry domain knowledge including Medicare Enrollment and eligibility check as per Center of Medicare and Medicaid services CMS guidelines; Healthcare products experience including third party healthcare apps, CMS API integrations, EDI electronic data interchange X12 transactions for member enrollments and experience with enterprisewide products for healthcare payers; Product requirements development including use cases, critical user journey, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria; Ability to perform data analysis to drive insights and business results through strategic decision making and experiments; Ability to lead product development initiatives using agilescrum framework with distributed development, work with design, QA to build and deploy high quality product solutions that meet business needs; and Ability to design AB tests, monitor results, and make product recommendations.
