Minimum requirements Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 1 year of experience managing customer portals in any occupation in which the required experience and skills were gained. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 5 years of experience managing customer portals in any occupation in which the required experience and skills were gained.br br Must have 1 year of experience managing content and production for high traffic websites; 1 year of experience with Content Management systems; advanced knowledge of and experience with Web technologies JavaScript, HTML, CSS and latest web standards and best practices; proven ability to understand and translate analytics into actionable improvements; basic graphic design skills including Adobe Photoshop; and the ability to drive multiple web projects in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment through multitasking and managing frequent priority requests.
