The position indicated at Section H. 3 requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of product management or product ownership experience. Experience must include Leading largescale products and initiatives; Engineering experience on an API Development Team; Writing API Service Contracts; API Design specifically Design API to a customer experience; OpenAPI Design Specification; Databases, including SQL and NoSQL; and At least 3 years of technical product owner experience working in partnership with a delivery team using Scrum.
