Requires a Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of professional experience in data processing, data extraction, variable reduction and quality assurance testing. Employer will also accept a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of professional experience in data processing, data extraction, variable reduction and quality assurance testing. Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following 1 strategy implementation, business analysis, data analysis and validation in multiple banking functions; 2 project execution including planning, requirements gathering, design, development, and testing; 3 SAS, SQL Developer, Toad 9, SSRS, Quality Center, Unix, and project management tools including Project Manager, JIRA, or MS Visio; 4 Waterfall and Agile models; 5 quality assurance practices including project charter, project plan development, and test strategy; 6 quality assurance testing design, automated testing, manual testing and reporting results; and 7 team management.
