Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics or a related field or the foreign degree equivalent; and Master of Business Administration degree or foreign degree equivalent. Must have a minimum of 12 years of aerospace industry experience, including two years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams of over 50 people and developing new business units at an aircraft company with less than 500 staff.br br Experience must include five years of experience in each of the followingbr Managing aerospace production and manufacturing processes;br Aerospace program management;br Managing operations, supply chain, logistics, engineering, finance, aftermarket support, and facilities functions for an aircraft manufacturing company;br Overseeing the design, development, and delivery of aircraft productsbr Establishing and defining operating instructions, policies, and processesbr Management of ITAR and Controlled Goodsbr Interfacing with aviation regulatory and safety agencies;br Interfacing with customers, including commercial and private operators, and government and military organizationsbr Experience may be gained concurrently. Position requires domestic and international travel up to 50.
