This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the commercial construction industry. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 creating and maintaining project estimates, budget allocations, financial projections; managing risk mitigation activities; and making necessary budget management decisions for commercial construction projects; 2 managing and executing contract buyouts, change orders, and monthly owner billings, including obtaining the customerarchitects approval, for at least two commercial construction projects with budgets in excess of 20 million; 3 directing and managing the 3D coordination process and resolving all conflicts between building trades, such as electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing, prior to installation using applications, such as Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Glue, and Power BI; 4 managing the commissioning process on construction projects using CxAlloy, inclusive of startup of equipment, prefunctional testing, and integrated systems testing; and 5 working with the following software applications Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks, Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Procore, eBuilder, Textura, Revit, and CxAlloy. All experience may have been gained concurrently. May work in various unanticipated locations in the United States.
