The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular position, because an Assurance Senior Manager is a senior level role and works independently doing highlevel accounting functions, client relations, audit, project management, developing engagement team, being area specialist, and assisting in firm management. The work involves complex skills that require employees in this position to hold a high level of relevant qualifications. The job requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of an Assurance Senior Manager in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
