Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration with concentration in Management, or closely related field, plus five years of postBachelors progressively responsible experience in position offered or as a Director in a global bank or financial services firm.br br All required experience must have included managing and directing MA and investment banking activities for a dedicated portfolio of strategic clients across the energy sector; originating and executing crossborder transactions; working with multinational energy firms; working across multiple product lines to execute transactions for clients; working with various business lines to deploy existing products for newly emergent markets and to create innovative solutions for new deal structures; developing for clients bespoke investment documents covering industry themes, inorganic acquisition ideas, organic capital allocation strategies and external capital raises; and mentoring and managing a team of bankers. Must have passed FINRA Series 79, Series 7 and Series 63 exams.br br This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Houston, Texas office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
