Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education or a related field. Employer will accept an advanced degree to meet the Bachelors degree requirement.br br 7 years of experience in the position offered or related position within professional basketball associations or sports management agencies. Must have 7 years of experience with the following developing a worldwide network within professional basketball leagues as well as experience with the contract structures of the various player markets; developing and working with international professional basketball players with a focus in European professional leagues; recognizing and identifying NBAlevel talent in youth basketball players; building relationships with talent, their parents, coaches and mentors; and guiding international scouts worldwide in the various markets, with a focus in European leagues.
