J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, or an equivalent foreign law degree; and the followingbr 5 year experience handling complex structured finance and real estate transactions by representing clients on complex multijurisdictional transaction, related to assetbacked financebr and collateralized loan obligation securitizations;br 5 years experience representing clients in asset finance securitization, collateralized loan obligations, commercial mortgagebacked securities, and real estate market transactions;br 5 years experience preparing complex transaction documents, including offering memorandum, deal management, and transaction documentsbr Up to 10 domestic travel required for meetings and conferences.br Position eligible for up to 50 WFH
