Requires a Juris Doctor J.D. degree, or foreign equivalent, and at least five 5 years of experience as an Attorney or rltd at a financial services institution. Special Skill Requirements Five 5 years of experience must include 1 Managing execution of financial transactions to ensure that capital markets and banking transactions are executed in accordance with commercial objectives and risk management needs. 2 Drafting and negotiating legal agreements and ancillary documents; 3 Negotiating legal documents related to capital markets and banking transactions including nondisclosure agreements, mandate agreements, fairness opinions, and capital markets underwriting, purchase agreements and offering documents. One 1 year of experience must include Utilizing knowledge gained from executing transactions in connection with corporate finance transactions to advise business stakeholders. Advising on sustainable financial products, including green and sustainabilitylinked loans and bonds. Must be admitted to the Bar in the State of New York.
