Experience must include five 5 years working within operations andor maintenance in industrial sites with continuous andor batch processes in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.br br Must also have experience and knowledge with i major engineering projects involving hazardous material handling processes; ii relief device sizing and design requirements; iii the various process safety requirements of GMP processes, especially pharmaceutical production; iv initiatives and best practices for the development and improvement of PPS specific knowhow, and directives for manufacturing equipment, particularly as those practices support critical safety, environmental, and quality regulatory compliance and optimize manufacturing yields; v process safety related government regulations and industry standards i.e., OSHA, NFPA, ASME, EPA and API; vi process safety related Recognized And Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices RAGAGEP; and vii process safety engineering methods and tools in multiple areas of PSM, RMP, PHA, RCA, LOPA, SIL verification, consequence modeling, risk analysis, etc.br br Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally to various unanticipated employer, client, and other locations up to 50.br br Experience can be concurrent.br br Note Since there is no experience required in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.br br br br H.10B Postbaccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related role in the Chemical, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical industry.
