Experience must include four 4 year of postbachelors progressive experience in all of the followingbr 1. Analyzing feedstock type, amount, and quality to determine how much renewable natural gas and biogas could be produced.br 2. Conducting cost and benefit analyses of project components in support of construction projects to determine the highest, riskadjusted, internal rate of return.br 3. Present technical decisions to management in a business format that identifies risks and outlines internal rate of return.br 4. Translate conceptual process flow diagrams, functional design specifications, and major equipment bill of materials into early project concepts, including defining any potential technical performance issues.br 5. Negotiate construction contracts and preferred terms and conditions, including liquidated damages, performance guarantees, and technical performance testing requirements.br 6. Applying understanding of the Federal Renewable Fuel Standard and California Low Carbon Fuel Standard programs to determine impact the companys revenues.
