H.410 Minimum requirements Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, plus six 6 years of professional experience developing software applications in any occupation in which the required experience and skills were gained.br br Must have Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment such as SCRUM; Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms; Demonstrated strong analytical and technical problemsolving skills; Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies; Proven record of ability to pick up new technology platforms and programming languages; Demonstrated excellent communication skills, including ability to articulate technology concepts to nontechnical stakeholders; Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and desired goals into technical requirements; Demonstrated experience programming with Python, C# andor R; Demonstrated experience with relational andor nonrelational databases; Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data pipelines and transformations; and Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycle.
