Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline and five 5 years of progressive, postbachelors experience in the position offered or as a BusinessTestQA Analyst, or closely related position. Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing Software delivery lifecycle methodology to manage full product development lifecycle including requirements gathering, detailing user stories, designing process flows with lucid chart, and defining metrics; Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to engage in business analysis and process improvement across multiple organizational work streams and teams; Business intelligence reports and process optimization in project workflows enhancing user productivity and streamlining data integration; User Acceptance Testing to create test plans and utilize test management tools, including Rally, JIRA and Quality Center, to review project requirements; Application development to guide teams in delivery of Sprint releases; Data query tools, including UNIX, SAS and SQL to conduct data mining, analysis, manipulation and modeling of data sets; Database, data warehouse and visualization concepts, including Tableau software, to analyze data and create data insights, graphs and dashboard requirements; and MS Access and SharePoint to query data, create and present reports to senior management.
