Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or closely related technical field and three 3 years of experience in the position offered or as a Security Analyst, Risk Compliance Analyst, or closely related position involving security risk assessment and prevention. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree and five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the above positions. Must have demonstrated experience in the following Designing and implementing Governance, Risk Compliance GRC security standards and policies to document industrywide security requirements; Utilizing security control methodologies and processes, including application code change management, periodic access review, access provisioning deprovisioning, vulnerability management, incident response processes, backup and recovery, andor data encryption, to enhance the security posture of the current information systems environment; Leading riskbased security compliance control assessments; Utilizing Data Workflow Architecture and Data retention and deletion security controls implementation to design and develop data workflow to classify sensitive data types, including Personally Identifiable Information PII andor Personal Health Information PHI; Utilizing SQL, MySQL, LunaDB, Scuba, Hive andor Oracle Database to perform detailed security assessment of databases that store sensitive information to certified privileged administrator access and other superuser access; and Utilizing AWS, S3 buckets, Elastic Search, or EC2 infrastructure to review various infrastructure layers hosting productsservices for security vulnerabilities and recommending controls to remediate gaps.
