H.4H.10 Minimum requirements Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, plus three 3 years of experience in a management consulting, investment banking, or private equity position involving i. Conducting market and company diligence through analysis of company data and detailed inperson interviews, using statistical methods to analyze and collate results; ii. Developing a proven trackrecord of building trusted and productive relationships with senior management teams to support strong engagement with commercial partners and facilitate effective business operations; iii. Preparing materials to communicate strategic insights, thought models, proposals, and project results, and presenting to management teams; and iv Interacting with industry consultants and expertsexpert networks.br H.10B Will accept any occupationtitle providing experience and skills required.br br Must have Demonstrated ability to work closely with management teams and internal portfolio company resources to accurately identify and assess requirements of largescale operational and organizational change at target companies; Demonstrated strong written communication skills across a variety of formats e.g. slides, memos, etc.; Demonstrated strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate persuasively and articulately in internal or external settings with small and large e.g. 20 person groups; Demonstrated knowledge of analytical methods e.g. pricing analysis; unit economics; demand forecasting; inventory analysis to analyze customer and company information; and Demonstrated knowledge of strategic and operations initiatives, including strategy formulation, cost reduction, and growth and product initiatives.
