Bachelor degree any with 5 years of related experience. Prior experience to include Real Estate investment products in Latin America; real estate market in Latin America; responsible investing policies and practices; Development Finance Institutions and Multilateral Development Organizations; negotiating complex business transactions with institutional investors across jurisdictions directing capital to Real Estate investment products in Latin America; globally relevant investing frameworks, particularly those pertaining to the integration of environmental, social, corporate governance and impact factors in real estate development and private markets. Proficiency in Spanish written and verbal to negotiate complex business transactions with Spanish speaking clients. 520 time is international travel to Latin America to meet with clients. Role holder is eligible to work from home on a hybrid basis 20 of the time with manager approval and must reside within commuting distance to the office.
