This position requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional work experience as a Controls Coordinator, MAPAC System Analyst I or other occupation involving AS400 applications. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1 Macpac system functionalities including tag creation, report creation, zero of inventory, application of tags and close, and variance reporting; 2 Managing reference filessystem clean up, manufacturing orders, purchase orders, sales orders, parts master, inventory, receipts, and shipments; 3 MRP functionality, Supply and demand, backflushing, lot control, shop floor calendars, forecasting, primary and SIR locations functions; 4 Part master including part status, unit of measure, product class, issue code, planning policy, demand codes, relief type, etc.; 5 Procurement including item vendor relation, po creation, po management, receipt errors management, pricing updates, min order qty, preferred vendors; 6 Inventory Accounting including general ledger, account codes, month end post, costing, cost roll up; 7 Inventory Control including cycle counts, inventory adjustments, lot control, and intercompany transfers; and 8 Material management including inventory transactions, safety stock level controls, parts shortage management, and inventory targets management.
