Primary job requirements are a Bachelors degree in fields below and 96 months of, or alternatively, employer will accept 120 months of experience in an occupation related to Network and Information Technology Management inwith the following Design and development of business transformation and innovation programs; Telecommunications technology lifecycle improvements including testing, deployment, and market launches; Project management including all phases of project lifecycle and project governance; Capacity planning, security, and compliance; Services development frameworks including ITIL Information Technology Infrastructure Library and Agile methodologies; and Financial planning and budgeting for capital and operating budgets.br br PLEASE NOTE Our business needs dictate that a qualified candidate for the Vice President, Technology and Network Operations role possess the minimum education and experience, or alternatively, equivalent work experience listed herein. Clearwave Fiber LLC is a fiber optic internet provider to residential and business customers. This position is not entrylevel but is a senior executive position, vital and indispensable in developing, maintaining, and growing our operations. The successful candidate will hold a highly visible leadership role and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. To drive strategic ideation and longterm planning for our telecommunications and related technology, she must have deep and demonstrable understanding and experience inwith Design and development of business transformation and innovation programs; Telecommunications technology lifecycle improvements including testing, deployment, and market launches; Project management including all phases of project lifecycle and project governance; Capacity planning, security, and compliance; Services development frameworks including ITIL and Agile methodologies; and Financial planning and budgeting for capital and operating budgets. She must apply deep knowledge and experience of these skills to spearhead our telecommunication services initiatives for strategic partnership and technology vendor management. She must use and apply expertise in Financial planning and budgeting for capital and operating budgets to collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure technology needs are met and our company is performing optimally, within cost and budget constraints. She must apply deep and demonstrable experience and knowledge of all of the above skills to develop, evaluate, and supervise 1 Director, IT Applications; 1 Director, Technology Architecture; 1 Director Technology Engineering; and 1 Sr. Manager, Network Operations to enhance systems infrastructure and network architecture. Especially since this high level executive position requires managementsupervisory duties including providing strategic leadership to seniorlevel subordinates who oversee the daily management of their assigned operations, we require a bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related, plus 96 months of experience in an occupation related to Network and Information Technology Management or alternatively, 120 months of experience in an occupation related to Network and Information Technology Management. Such extensive experience is necessary for this executive position so that she is able to cultivate a climate within the companys operations that fosters a high level of associate motivation, performance, collaboration, and commitment to ensure the companys continued and continuing success. As a result, we have determined that the educational and experience requirement for the position all bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation in the context of our business, and are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
