Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related technical field plus 60 months experience in job offered, Manufacturing Engineer or related occupation. Employer requires five years progressive postbaccalaureate work experience to include 1 Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with DMAIC execution experience, 2 Electrical component design experience and enhancements for design for manufacturability, 3 Managing third party international suppliers, driving timely component development and optimal cost performance, 4 Problem solving investigations and utilizing six sigma methodologies, 5 Leading crossfunctional teams through a new product development and component qualification deliverables and 6 Process validation deliverables including OQ, PQ, Gauge RR, and process capability.
