Associates Degree General or Foreign Equivalent Degree.br 2 years experience as Supervisor or Manager in machine, andor equipment manufacturingproduction industry. Experience must include demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles in a high volume, fastpaced production.br Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Ability to understand and communicate to others work instructions, production orders, scheduling reports, etc..br Ability to multitask, plan projects, schedules, prioritize, focus, and work to a timeline.br Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.br Good understanding of standard mechanical tools, and good mathematical skills.br Basic computer skills good organizational skills; follow through on communication within electronic tools Word, Outlook, MS Windows.br Team playerteam builder; ability to build and maintain great product.
