Masters degree in Biotechnology or related field and completion of a universitylevel course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience involving the followingbr Executing process development studies and organizing and analyzing results to develop a thorough understanding of operating and performance parameters; Leading method development, qualification, validation, and transfer to support viral production and purification;br Performing complex data analysis and trending, including statistical analysis, to set acceptance criteria in support of process development, process or method transfers, product expiry and comparability studies to support the development and clinical implementation of innovative viral gene therapies; Facilitating and troubleshooting purification processes in a process development environment; Optimizing and characterizing purification strategies for maximizing yields and product quality; and Utilizing highthroughput screening and automation to develop purification processes.
