PhD degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field and completion of a universitylevel course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience involving the following MS mass spectrometry knowledge in mechanism of different ionization techniques, configuration of various MS platforms by different vendors like Waters, Thermo Fisher, or Agilent, and gasphase ion chemistry for structural elucidation; Sample preparation such as liquidliquid extraction and solid phase microextraction for qualitative and quantitative analysis of both small molecules and large molecules; Various analytical techniques such as FTIR Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy, NMR nuclear magnetic resonance, and UV ultravioletvisible spectroscopy; Chromatography and related separation techniques like RPHPLC reversed phase highperformance liquid chromatography and GC gas chromatography; Highthroughput analysis and proficiency in processing multidimensional MSbased data, as well as ability in implementing statistical analysis and interpreting statistical results; and Professional software applications such as ChemDraw, Xcalibur, or ChemStation and programming language for data processing like Python or Matlab.
