Will also accept applicants with a Ph.D in the aforementioned fields willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus 2 years of experience in a related occupation using advanced research and analysis methodologies. Also requires demonstrated experience i applying quantitative methods to realworld problems in health care research, ii utilizing statistical software such as SAS, STATA SPLUS, SPSS or R, and iii managing teams of professional analysts.
