Job requires Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or closely related field and 2 years of experience as Investment Strategist or in investment strategy consulting and related work in corporate MA. Experience must include constructing deal structures and analyzing financial modeling for private and public market transactions and comparable analysis using valuation methodologies including discount cash flow model and working with U.S. and Korean banks for fund raising process. Fluency in the Korean language required.
