Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field and five 5 years of postbachelor, progressive, related work experience in contract management or project controls management.br br Must have five 5 years of experience withinbr br Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and administering contracts with a value of at least 50 million USD for large highway, bridgestructures, paving andor utility construction civil infrastructure projects;br Participating in customer contract activities for heavy civil design highway, bridgestructures, paving, andor utility construction projects valued at a minimum of 500 million USD;br Monitoring contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications;br Preparing contractual correspondence, narratives for contract changes and monthly progress reports;br Using at least three 3 of the following contract management software tools Aconex, Asite, Primavera, TeamBinder, SGTI or Procore; andbr Analyzing risk and opportunities of a large civil infrastructure project and providing recommendations to upper management.br br Up to 20 travel required.
