Must also have any experience with or knowledge of i cancer biology especially depending on focus, invivo and in vitro pharmacology; ii state of the art in vitro and in vivo laboratory techniques gain and loss of function cell culture experiments, cellular target engagement assays, expression studies, in vivo studies on mouse and rat with focus on xenograft studies with po, ip and iv treatment, establishment of orthotopic and transgenic mouse models; iii radiation safety, handling of radionuclides; iv application of imaging devices and related software; v biological pathways mechanisms, and application of pharmacology and molecular biology methods and software in the biotechpharmaceutical industry;vi the overall process of drug discovery and development; and vii small molecules inhibitors, including but not limited to sorafenib, regorafenib, copanlisib, PI3K and MEK inhibitors.br br Experience can be concurrent.br br Note Since there is no experience required in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.
