The experience is to include the following skills that may have been gained concurrently 2 years of experience planning, building, and maintaining Visual Design Systems for iOS, macOS, watchOS and Web using Figma as the primary design tool; 1 year of experience conducting Usability Workshops with colleagues and clients using Fig Jam or related applications and synthesizing the results to gain insight into user needs, pain points and feature requests; Demonstrated experience in applying a comprehensive understanding of the Apple Human Interface Guidelinesquot; and general User Interface Design best practices to all design decisions that impact Engineering efforts; 3 years of experience using design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop and Figma to create native iOS, macOS, watchOS and web designs that satisfy marketing, business, and engineering requirements. The designs should also suggest innovations and features that align with customer needs to reduce customer pain points and satisfy customer requests; 1 year of experience presenting and receiving critique on design solutions, user research and data analysis from Managers, Stakeholders and CSuite level staff.br br Note regarding Section H.10B Acceptable alternate occupations in which relevant design experience was gained may include Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar. His foreign degree has been evaluated by a qualified education evaluation agency and found to be educationally equivalent to a Bachelor of Science degree in Interactive Media from a regionally accredited institution in the United States.
