The position indicated at Section H.3. requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ElectricalElectronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with Application Performance Management and Infrastructure Monitoring tools. Employer will accept as the equivalent a Bachelors degree in one of the requisite fields and 5 years of experience with Application Performance Management and Infrastructure Monitoring tools. Experience must include Performing infrastructure monitoring and analysis; Batch analysis, baselining and batch throughput trends; Analyzing server performance using New Relic, AppDynamics and other APM tools; Implementing Site Reliability Engineering SRE models and building dashboards; Reverse engineer and troubleshoot production outages; Implementing Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations AIOPs platform in production environment; Database query performance analysis and optimization; and Java dump and heap analysis.
