Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience.br br Must have 1 year of experience in private equity structuring taxation.br br Must have 1 year of experience in managed investment vehicles for the financial services industry.br br Must have 1 year of experience in federal income taxation.br br Must have 1 year of experience in state and local tax.br br Must have 1 year of experience preparing partnership booktax allocations including incentive fee reallocation, side pocket, transfer partnership interest, andor fill updown.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
