MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Must have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax, Law, or a related field, with two years of progressive, tax or legal experience; or alternatively a Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax, Law or a related field with one year of tax or legal experience.br br Must have 1 year of experience in tax planning and compliance, including at least three of the following internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, andor GAAP conversions.br br Must have 1 year of experience with a professional services firm, midsizedregional to large sizednational public accounting firm, law firm, or the IRS.br br Must have 1 years of experience with federal income taxation.br br Must have 1 years of experience with ASC 740 andor IAS 12.br br Travel required up to 50, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
