Requires Bachelors degree Project Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical field. Position also requires 10 years of experience in software development and team management; 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices e.g., Agile Software Development, testdriven development, Code Reviews, Design documentation, CICD, OR monitoring and alerting; 5 years of experience with design patterns, including distributed systems design and OOD, documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics, and best practices related to data encryption and cybersecurity; 3 years of leadership experience with a proven delivery track for multiple projects, from ideation to successful large program delivery, including managing timelines, goals, impact analysis and mitigation strategies; and 3 years of experience in greenfield and business as usual management models; working with CPGRetail practices; and working on ecommerce applications.br br Position allows for telecommuting; required to be in office more than 50 of the time. Position also requires domestic travel up to 20 of time.
