Background in education, training or experience must include handson experience working with multiple SAP modules including PP, QM, WM, SD, MM, FICO, PM, PS and associated functional configuration, technical developments and their integration; demonstrated ability to apply broad knowledge of latest SAP and related partner technologies to guide IT leadership team on the SAP Strategic roadmap, environment strategy, investment, project execution, vendor management, solution architecture and successful launch of new solutions and related applications; experience building and leading SAP team by following interviewing and hiring process and ability to plan, assign and direct work to implement and support sustainable solutions in the SAP environment; demonstrated ability to provide mentorship, coaching and guidance in the SAP Architectural strategy, Technical upgrade strategy, etc.; possess knowledge and experience of SAP best practices and their implementation, project methodologies, documentation, procedures, standards of monitoring progress to ensure budget and policy are adhered to; demonstrated ability to oversee work and progress of SAP S4 implementation vendor.
