Requires at least a Masters degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of RD andor innovation experience in the oral care category or a Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of RD andor innovation experience in the oral care category. All qualifying experience must include consumer packaged goods and flavor fragrance experience; successful innovation program management; assessing and making recommendations on technical and IP strategy; demonstrated understanding of Flavors delivery systems and applications; creativity and indepth knowledge in prototypeconcept development; technology promotion with oral care clients; knowledge and technical program management.
