Bachelors degree in Architecture, Urban Environmental Planning or related discipline employer will accept foreign degree equivalency plus 4 years of experience in architecture or construction management. 4 years of experience must include reading architectural drawings; working with construction materials, methods, timelines, costs, and budgets; working with compliance regulations to include building codes, permitting requirements, ADA, and energy; developing relationships with stakeholder management; managing multiple complex projects simultaneously; utilizing software to include AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Sketchup, Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite.
