Experience in oilgas processing facilities, drillsite and well operations and maintenance.br 4. Experience in major project interfaces as well as startup and handover of projects to operations.br 5. Experience with oil and gas process optimization of a unique facility while executing asset development plan to balance system constraints, operate equipment optimally, and managebr risk.br 6. Experience with financial oversight and accountability for budgeting, invoicevendor management, and cost management practices to maximize cash flow for a complex oil and gasbr development.br 7. Experience in management of a water and gas flood development strategy which requires specific knowledge of regulatory compliance, technical limits, subsurface optimization andbr well intervention techniques.br br 50 domestic travel required to travel via internal aircraft from ConocoPhillips Alaska headquarters in Anchorage to the Alpine field on the Western North Slope.
