Bachelors degree in ElectricalElectronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive postbachelors experience in control systems engineering.br br Must have 5 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Completing electrical designs, including schematics and panel layout, programming logic solvers and humanmachine interfaces;br Participating in the development of control system applications throughout the project lifecycle from initial design concepts through to installation and subsequent client support;br Designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Layer 2 switches, routers and firewall;br Applying codes and standards for industrial control systems including the NEC, NFPA 72, NFPA 85, NFPA 86, IEC61511, IEC 61508, API 14C and UL508A;br Configuring and deploying IT infrastructure Microsoft Server, virtualization technologies vMware and thin client, and databases OSIPI and SQL;br Process control fundamentals including control loops, loop tuning, instrumentation, control valves, and interpretation of PID;br Industrial automation systems BPCS, CCS, SIS, BMS, or HIPPS; andbr Logic Solvers BPCS and Safety Systems.br br 25 travel required. 40 telecommuting permitted. Occasional work at customer sites, including industrial plants, ships, etc. which may require climbing, working in confined spaces, and other unusual work environments.
