Masters degree or foreign equivalent in an engineering discipline. Requires three 3 years of experience in a technical program management position working with hardware and software. Experience must include the following analyzing technical and business requirements and determining technical and material needs to ensure ontime delivery of programs; managing product development and product feature definition and planning; preparing and maintaining schedules for initial and maintenance software releases; working with crossfunctional engineering and business teams on engineering programs throughout the development lifecycle and to facilitate process improvement, track developments, and maintain the product roadmap; and working with hardware software development and manufacturing processes.
