REQUIREMENTSbr br 1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant field of study plus 5 years of progressive related experience in projectprogram management andor automation engineering. Work experience should include 2 years of experience coordinating technical teams and processes within a maturing organization and experience in a changing environment. 1 year of work experience in one or more project management tools is also required.br br SPECIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Work experience must also include at least 2 years of experience with the followingbr 1. Familiarity with research methodologies;br 2. Experience keeping distributed teams engagedbr br br The Beneficiary qualifies because Beneficiary earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University in 2015. The Beneficiary also earned the necessary 5 years of progressive work experience because they worked at Micron Technology Utah, LLC as a Operations Improvement Engineer Scientific from July 2015 to June 2018 35 months and then was promoted to Lead Engineer from June 2018 to November 2020 28 months. While employed by Micron Technology Utah, LLC, the Beneficiary also received the special skills and requirements including coordinating technical teams and processes within a maturing organization and experience in a changing environment; familiarity with research methodologies; experience keeping distributed teams engaged, and experience with project management tools necessary for the proffered position.
