Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or related field and 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role or related position. and 3 years of experience in Engineering, Quality, Development or related position. Must have 3 years of experience with the following Engineering project experience with 2 years leading projects including budget responsibility; applying statistical analysis for quality controlassurance Gage RR, Capability Studies, Hypothesis Testing, Design of Experiments DOE; and FDA regulated industry experience. Must have 2 years of experience with the following Supplier quality supporting machining operations; IQOQPQ validations authoring or reviewingapproving protocols specifically, Final Cleaning and final packaging; ISO quality systems auditing; presentation experience to a nontechnical audience; training experience to a technical audience; and lean Manufacturing project experience.br br Remote work is permitted. Travel within the U.S. up to 50 for employees working with suppliers.
