Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Biotechnology, or related field, followed by five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computerrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 24 months of experience in the followingbr 1 Program, project, or technical management;br 2 Working on infrastructure, business solutions, or company growth implementation projects from inception to delivery;br 3 Defining scope, understanding business requirements, and translating needs into technical requirements;br 4 Collecting data points across disparate projects and delivering datadriven insights;br 5 Crossorganizational work in which teams and individuals are held accountable to timelines and deliverables;br 6 Driving internal process improvements across teams and functions to ensure high performance bars are met across the board;br 7 Developing strategies to address tooling and framework gaps faced by engineering teams; andbr 8 Using multiple communication mediums to distribute information and tailoring a message to an audience.
