Position requires a Masters degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics or a related field and one year of experience as an Analyst, Systems Engineer or related position. Position also requires one year of experience utilizing competitive intelligence best practices and researching market strategies for new product and service launches; one year of experience developing Business Intelligence tools, including interactive dashboards, ad hoc reporting, and data modeling tools; one year of experience with Looker, PowerBI, Python3, Snowflake, JIRA, AWS S3, Five9, Pandas Library, Notion, Github, PostgreSQL and data modeling and DCA methodologies; one year of experience developing data collection methodologies for customer satisfaction reporting, process improvements and supply and demand forecasting.
