Minimum requirements are Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field plus 8 years of experience in IT analysis, design and implementation of complex fund accounting systems, or ERP solutions.br br Must have demonstrated technical and project management experience in a fastgrowing, technology organization; handson experience on Oracle EBusiness Suite and MS Dynamics Fund Ledger Management experience; proven knowledge of Real Estate business processes such as DrawdownCapital Call, Distribution, Preferred Return, Net Income Analyses; demonstrated problem solving and analyticalcritical thinking skills; demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and providing quick resolutions to server related issues; proven knowledge of relational database structure, theories, principles and practices Sybase; DB2; SQL Server; demonstrated experience in project management and development life cycle Agile Methodology; and demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and nontechnical audiences.
